With to my telegram of the 26th February, I have the honour to forward the enclosed copies of correspondence regarding the Gunboat "Kwong Lee".

There remain in Hongkong harbour the Gunboats "Kang Ping", "Kong kung," "Ying Lun", and "Chai Lai", which are apparently still controlled by General Lung Chai-kwong. I shall be glad of the Chinese Government may be pressed to make arrangements for the early removal of these vessels.
